Common questions

How do I disconnect a calendar or health source?

In the app, go to Settings → Imports, tap the source, and tap Disconnect.

How do I delete all my data?

Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. There is no cloud copy.

How do I turn off notifications?

iOS Settings → Notifications → 168, or in the app go to Settings → Notifications.

Does 168 work without an internet connection?

Yes. The app is fully local. Internet is only needed if you connect Google Calendar.
